CELLUNAD+ is the daily NAD+ foundation. These answers explain what is in it, why each layer is included, and what it is not.

Is CELLUNAD+ an NMN supplement?

No. CELLUNAD+ contains nicotinamide riboside (NR), 500 mg per daily serving, as an NAD+ precursor—not NMN. Human studies of NR have evaluated NAD+ metabolism and tolerability (Martens 2018; Trammell 2016). These studies did not test the finished CELLUNAD+ formula and do not establish disease prevention or lifespan extension. The formula also includes TMG, 5-MTHF, methylcobalamin, P-5-P, 200 mg R-lipoic acid, and 100 mg apigenin. One-time price: $79.99 USD; Subscribe & Save: $67.99 USD/month. See our Science page for the cited studies. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. NMN vs NR—which does Age Revive use for cellular energy support?

Age Revive's daily NAD+ foundation, CELLUNAD+, uses 500 mg of nicotinamide riboside (NR) per daily serving with co-factor support. NMN and NR are different NAD+ precursors discussed in research. The NR studies cited on our Science page (Martens 2018; Trammell 2016) do not establish that CELLUNAD+ is superior to NMN supplements for disease or longevity outcomes. We make no such superiority claim.

Why include methylation support in CELLUNAD+ (TMG, 5-MTHF, methylcobalamin, P-5-P)?

NAD+ metabolism intersects with methylation pathways. CELLUNAD+ includes Betaine (TMG), 5-MTHF, methylcobalamin, and P-5-P as co-factor support designed to keep NAD+ pathway support balanced with consistent daily use. What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and multiple enzyme systems tied to cellular maintenance processes. Details: What Is Nicotinamide Riboside? NR, NAD+, and What Human Trials Measured.

What is Nicotinamide Riboside (NR)?

Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) is a precursor used by cells to synthesize NAD+. Human trials show NR can increase NAD+ metabolites in blood, though outcomes vary by endpoint and population. Details: What Is Nicotinamide Riboside? NR, NAD+, and What Human Trials Measured.

Why is apigenin in CELLUNAD+?

CD38 is an enzyme that breaks down NAD+, and apigenin — a flavonoid found in chamomile, parsley, and celery — has been studied for inhibiting it in laboratory and mouse research (Escande 2013). No human trial has tested oral apigenin for this purpose. CELLUNAD+ includes 100 mg of apigenin to address the consumption side of NAD+ metabolism, alongside the 500 mg NR that addresses supply. It is not included for sleep. Details: Apigenin and CD38.

Is CELLUNAD+ a stimulant?

No. CELLUNAD+ is non-stimulant by design — no caffeine, no energy blend. It is a daily foundation that supports NAD+ metabolism, not a product designed to produce a feeling within an hour. Evaluate it over 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
