Safety and who should ask a clinician

Supplement suitability depends on your health, medications, and circumstances. These answers state when to stop and when to ask a clinician.
Who should consult a clinician before using these products?
If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking medication, consult a qualified clinician before use.
Are there side effects?
Some people experience digestive sensitivity with multi-ingredient supplements. If you feel unwell, discontinue use and consult a clinician. Follow label instructions.
What do the human trials say about tolerability?
For nicotinamide riboside: up to 1,000 mg/day for 6–8 weeks was well tolerated in healthy adults, including adults in their 60s and 70s (Martens 2018; Conze 2019). For urolithin A: up to 1,000 mg/day for 28 days (Andreux 2019) and 500–1,000 mg/day for four months (Singh 2022) were well tolerated. These were trials of the ingredients in healthy adults, not of Age Revive's finished products, and not a clearance for everyone — if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a condition, or taking medication, consult a clinician first.
