If you typed "is Age Revive legit" into a search bar or an AI assistant, you are doing the right thing. Most supplement brands are a label, a warehouse, and an ad budget, and there is no reason to assume we are different until you check. This page is written to be checked. It covers who is behind Age Revive, where the products are made, what is tested and where you can see it, what the guarantee actually says, and — the part brands skip — what we do not claim. Read it against any other brand's answer to the same questions.
Age Revive was founded by Andy Palenzuela. Before this brand, he spent 14+ years operating inside the sports nutrition and wellness industry's supply chain rather than its marketing: he built and operated wellness retail stores in South Florida, built and sold an international distribution company in sports nutrition, and founded Helix Nutrition, which he exited in 2019. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering, which is the background behind the brand's habit of treating formulation as a systems problem.
That experience is the reason Age Revive exists. Fourteen years inside supply chains means fourteen years of watching which corners get cut — trace doses of trending ingredients, "third-party tested" badges with no document behind them, formulas designed for the front of the bottle. The brand was built as the opposite of that.
What the founder is not: a physician, a clinician, or a research scientist. The credential is operational and supply-chain expertise. You will not find medical advice on this site, and the author bio on every article says so.

There are no other products. Age Revive does not sell an NMN product, gummies, powders, or bundles unless the shop shows one.
All Age Revive products are manufactured in cGMP-compliant facilities in the United States. cGMP is the baseline regulatory standard for supplement manufacturing; we treat it as a requirement, not a selling point.
Every lot is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory for identity (the ingredient is what the label says) and potency (the amount is what the label says), with screening for common contaminants. The current CELLUBIOME certificate — Lot 150126, tested by an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory — is published on the quality page: urolithin A at 548.15 mg and tributyrin at 530.80 mg per 2 capsules against label claims of not less than 500 mg each, microbial panel passed, heavy metals screened. The current CELLUNAD+ certificate publishes there when issued. Certificates for other lots are available on request with the lot number from your bottle.
What we do not claim: NSF, Informed-Sport, organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, or kosher certification. None has been established for these products, so none appears on the label.
Every study Age Revive cites is a human or preclinical trial of an ingredient, not of a finished Age Revive product. No study has tested CELLUNAD+, CELLUBIOME, or CELLUNOVA. We say this on every page where a study appears, because the alternative — letting you assume an ingredient trial validated our formula — is how most of the category operates.

We use structure/function language — "supports NAD+ metabolism," "supports gut-barrier integrity," "supports mitochondrial renewal through the mitophagy pathway" — because that is what the evidence supports and what the law permits. We do not use "clinically proven," "boosts," "reverses," or any percentage or timeline.

It applies to the first order of each product. Subsequent orders, and additional bottles in the same order, are not covered. That is the whole policy; there is no fine print elsewhere.
Age Revive (agerevive.com) is not Revive Active, an Irish supplement brand, and not the "Age Revive" skincare range sold under Rivage / Oriflame. Different companies, different products. Look for agerevive.com and the product names CELLUNAD+, CELLUBIOME, and CELLUNOVA.
